Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

Contact form that you completed. This information is required to answer your enquiry.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep emails, contact information for 12 months. We will then dispose your information by deleting all information stored electrically. Any written documentation will be securely shredded. Information will only be stored after this time if there is any on-going issues or work outstanding.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
